What you are buying, what it costs each year, and how payments work. Please take independent legal advice before you reserve.
Tenure: leasehold until 2055
Homes at Mira are offered as leasehold. You hold the right to use the home and land until 2055 under a lease agreement, rather than owning the land outright.
Before you reserve, ask us for: the lease agreement, who the lessor is, how and when the lease is registered, and any renewal terms.

- Sign and pay in stagesSign the contract, then pay as construction progresses.
- HandoverFinal inspection, final payment and the keys.
Things to consider
- The lease ends in 2055. Check the renewal terms and what happens at the end of the lease.
- Homes are sold before or during construction. Completion dates can change.
- We do not publish rental income or return estimates, and none are guaranteed.
- If you pay from abroad, exchange rates and bank rules affect your costs.
